We spotlighted their craftsmanship, shared employee stories, and brought their safety-first ethos to life across social platforms – reviving awareness, bolstering engagement, and refocusing audience attention on the values behind the brand.
After two years of limited marketing activity, Britannia Fire asked us to reignite their brand’s digital beacon. We took a storytelling-first approach: we embedded ourselves in their Norfolk factory, met the team, and captured the skill and care behind their fire safety products. From there, we crafted a digital campaign that showcased authenticity – through behind-the-scenes video, staff spotlights, and honest narrative.
We launched content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram with a content calendar designed to balance product innovation with craftsmanship, purpose with community. The result? A revitalised brand voice powered by trust, sustainability, and heritage.
